First Challenge of Electoral College vote in 100 years....

Today the electoral college vote was certified. Bush is officially our next president. However, there were many people and organizations who protested the results. As far as I can tell their intent was not to change the outcome but rather to draw attention to problems and inconstancy in the voting process.

Thinking that the media would cover something of this I started to look.... nothing. I went to CNN.com and this is what I found:

That's right, William Hung.... Nothing about what happened in the senate today. Nothing about how maybe the Ohio vote was not correct. Nothing about how there were hundreds of thousands of voter complains about lost absentee ballots, missing registration, malfunctioning machines, and other odd occurrences.But at least we know about the American idol star.

Frightening that our country wants to hear more about American Idol than the American President.
