There and Back Again

I went to Atlanta for a few days for thanksgiving break. I enjoy traveling but it wears me out. The weather was bad so flights were late and bumpy but was fun to see friends and family that I live far from.

I think my traveling wears the animals out too...

Gypsy ate half a bottle of IBProfen right after I left. He went to the vet and he is fine.
Dmetri (the cat) peed on the bed. The door to the closet where his litterbox is kept was closed.

So, I think the animals will be glad when all the traveling is done.

This is part of what I wrote while flying back from Atlanta:

at 20,000 feet

Line,
straight black, red, orange, yellow
leading to graduating dark blues.
The bright light at the end of the wings is out of place
in the fluffy cream sky.
Looking down it seems as though the clouds would catch us.
That is illusion.
Falling through cold, foggy mass;
that is reality.
I like illusion better.
